Patterned tights and boots. I tend to wear skirts or dresses with patterned tights or short boots. I could be dressed like that all year-long and not get bored!

Boots! From ankle boots to Uggs to Lace up boots

Favorite Winter Accessory

Touch screen gloves, my hands are forever cold!

Favorite Winter Nail Polish

A dark black and silver sparkly shade from Jack Wills called Dark Star.

Hot Cocoa or Apple Cider?

Hot Cocoa (Hot Chocolate)!

Favorite Winter Candle?

I don't burn candles very often, but it'd probably be cinnamon

Snowboarding or Skiing?

Neither, sleighing all the way ;)

Have you ever gone Ice Skating? Are you any good or do you FAIL miserably?

Yes,a few times including a winter wonderland or two! But the goal is to skate at the Rockerfeller Centre (in New York)!

Does it snow where you live?

Yes, occasionally

Have you ever made a snowman?

Yup, I'm an expert maker of mini snowmen!

What holiday do you celebrate?

All of them! Why waste a perfectly good opportunity to get together and have fun?!

Favorite Christmas/Holiday song?

Either Christmas Lights by Coldplay or Frank Sinatra's Let it Snow! Let it Snow! Let it Snow!

Favorite Christmas/Holiday movie?

Elf!

What is your favorite winter treat? (candy cane, gingerbread, etc…)

If you were to ask Santa for one thing and you were guaranteed to get it, what would it be? (even if you don’t celebrate Christmas)

The miracle of world peace and the end of world hunger/human trafficking inequality etc. basically a transformation into utopia! But failing that, millions of frequent flyer miles and a travel companion would be pretty nice!

Do you have anything fun planned for this winter?

Yes! Lot's of get-togethers, nights out, sleepovers and an exciting New Years!

Blogmas Day 6: The Christmas Tag...

I don't really do tags but the questions were interesting for this one and I thought writing this post on my way to a Christmas Market would get me into the Christmas mood, so enjoy...

1. What is your favorite Christmas film?

Elf! Two years ago I had a bunch of friends round on Christmas Eve-Eve and we watched Elf, ate a ton of sweets made a pass the parcel and had one of the best chilled days together so that movie is full of nostalgia!

2. Have you ever had a White Christmas?

Yes, although It was mostly frost with tiny patches of snow! But there was just enough for a mini snowman, so it counts ;)

3. Where do you usually spend your holiday?

At my grandma's house with all the extended family!

4. What is your favorite Christmas song?

There's too many to choose from! But either Christmas Lights by Coldplay or Frank Sinatra's Let it Snow! Let it Snow! Let it Snow!

6. Can you name all of Santa’s reindeer?

Rudolph, Vixen, Dasher, Prancer, Donner... and that's all I can remember!

7. What holiday traditions are you looking forward to most this year?

My auntie recruits all my cousins in food prep for Christmas day and It's just a fun day where everyone gets involved and we watch movies and eat lots of snacks and finish it all off with a take-away feast!

8. Is your Christmas tree real or fake?

Fake but a pretty good one if I do say so myself!

9. What is your all-time favorite holiday food/sweet treat?

Stained glass window biscuits (recipe here!). 

10. Be honest: do you like giving gifts or receiving gifts better?

Giving gifts! Well more of the shopping for presents. Nothings better than finding the perfect present for someone!

11. What is the best Christmas gift you’ve ever received?

I looooove looking at photos and reminiscing, so it's probably the Clock with 12 spaces for Photos I got last year!

12. What would be your dream place to visit for the holiday season?

New York. No explanation needed!

13. Are you a pro-present wrapper, or do you fail miserably?

Pro thanks to emulating past presents of two of my friends (thanks Lottie and Hannah!) .

14. Most memorable Holiday moment?

When my youngest cousin dressed as Elsa for Christmas and performed a cute number for us all!

15. What made you realize the truth about Santa?

I think I was always suspicious of Santa but TV programmes confirmed the worst at around the age of 7.

16. Do you make New Years resolutions? Do you stick to them?

Yes and No!

17. What makes the holidays special for you?

Getting to see all the family and friends in a relaxing atmosphere!
